I am a dad, son, and life learner, and I love the game of business!
I love the game of business! I grew up working in my family's businesses and then walked in your shoes as an entrepreneur. I was fortunate enough to have been coached at a young age by my dad (Gene), who owned several different companies.

I also discovered an amazing concept called personal development, which changed my life forever. I started listening to and reading books (sometimes),I hated reading but LOVED listening to audiotapes.

After spending twenty-five-plus years in corporate America, I have worked my way to the top and, in 2013, became the President & CEO of UniFi Equipment Finance. With my leadership, executive direction, and a passionate team, UniFi has witnessed growth from $13 million to $100 + million in 5 years.

Now my passion is business coaching, in which I use the principles of human knowledge and business growth to help businesses achieve their maximum potential.

Culminating a lifelong search for the best strategies in business and human knowledge, I am looking for ways to dramatically increase sales and improve profitability through better marketing, service, execution, employee engagement, and training.

By thinking less like a cog in the corporate machine and more like an active “Intrapreneur,” I helped companies revitalize their atmosphere and approach to doing business so that they could achieve maximum growth.
